Fish Fry is BACK!!! This year YoChef's Cafe is going to feature Haddock for our fish fry Friday's!!!

Fish fact 101... What is the difference between Pollock what we used to use vs. Haddock that we use now???

Well, I am glad you asked.

Haddock is a firmer fish and has a milder flavor, and it holds together better when cooked, while pollock is a flakier fish that falls apart when cooked.

Both are a part of the Cod family. Pollock is more robust and has a strong flavor and Haddock is slightly sweet and mild.

Our fish fry's will run for six weeks and be available 8am-2pm. Early for the third shifters dinner!
