Fine dining astablishments like The 1913 Room, The Spinnaker, The Pensular Club, (in Grand Rapids, MI) & and Milligans, and “The Spot” (in La Jolla, CA) have contributed to Joseff’s unique palet.
Chef Joseff VanHorn is one of the featured chefs on WZZM 13’s “Take five & Company” where his culinary skills are put to the test. Chef Joseff VanHorn has had a vision of owning and operating his own business for several years. As of October 2009 his dream has become a reality. Chef Joseff infuses every dish he creates with his extensive knowledge and passion for perfection.
Before he created his first dish, he vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity.
